3 Fitness Tips For Busy Working Professionals

September 11, 2025

Busy working professionals are constantly faced with meetings, long hours behind a desk along with a busy family life that it becomes hard  to focus on their health and wellness goals. As a coach that specializes in helping busy working professionals here are 3 ways I keep my clients accountable and focused on their goals.

  1. BUILD HEALTH INTO YOUR SCHEDULE:

Just like how you would schedule important meetings, you have to schedule your workouts into your schedule. You want to make your workouts a part of your lifestyle and have them as a priority in your life. By making your workout appointments you will gain a sense of accomplishment and are more likely to stick to it long term.

  1. MINDFULNESS PRACTICES:

Set daily intentions to accomplish and hold yourself accountable. Many times we set goals and do not have a clear plan in place on how to achieve them. When we fall short of accomplishing these goals, we feel guilty and are more likely to quit. If you set daily intentions such as: eating breakfast, daily meditations, daily workouts, rest, adequate water intake and rest you are more likely to feel accomplished which will cause a surge of dopamine.

  1. HAVE A COACH:

Having a good coach will allow you to exceed your own goals. Most great coaches have had major accomplishments in their life along with helping people who are similar to you. Being a champion bodybuilder and marathon runner, I help many people rebuild their strength and posture, keep them motivated by following a schedule of structed workouts along with nutrition for their metabolism. My clients are high achieving people and sometimes they have even their own bucket list such as a 5K or marathon. By having a coach you are more likely to stick to a plan, make a lifestyle change and achieving their goals.
