7 Fitness Habits to Change Your Life

September 17, 2025

Are you ready to change your lifestyle to the healthiest and strongest version of yourself? You need a coach to show you that you are stronger and more capable of improving every area of your life and that starts with your physical health. If you can physically improve your health, it will signal to your brain that you can transform every area of your life. If you are ready to CHANGE here are the habits that you need to put in place:

  1. ACTION > PROCRASTINATION: Waiting longer doesn't make your goals easier to achieve; in fact it delays that pain and difficulty. Take immediate action on your goals today!!

       2. MINDFULNESS: Set daily intentions and hold yourself accountable!

  1. STRENGTH TRAINING IS LIFE CHANGING: Strength training has changed my life and the lives of my clients. Strength training will improve your physical appearance, mental health and emotional wellbeing.
  1. GOALS DEFINE YOU: Set goals bigger than you think you can achieve. By setting large goals you'll have bigger expectations for yourself.
  1. NO REGRETS: Live your life making memories, not regretting what you didn't accomplish. Time is our most valuable asset.
  1. SELF CARE: Fitness is an investment in your overall value, not just your physical appearance. The amount you invest is the amount you'll value yourself.
  1. QUALITY OF LIFE: Our thoughts, emotions and actions create our personality and each new experience of yourself creates a new version of yourself. This impacts life goals like family, traveling and your views on life.

This is list I made at my most recent presentation for business owners and entrepreneurs. Working with high achieving and goal oriented people, health and fitness is always on the top of the list for goals and aspirations. Tony Robbins has a famous quote that I have always remembered "If you want the island, you have to burn the boats." It simply means there is no plan b, you can always make money back, but time it our most valuable asset. Life is short, so if you have a goal and want to achieve it : JUST DO IT!!
